Founded in 2016, Southbrooke Consulting was founded at a time of accelerating change in technology, the global economy, and the business environment, organizations were altering the way they did business to ensure they didn’t get left behind. Since then, the speed of change in organizations, society and culture, have all increased.

We saw that there has been an increasing need for organizations of all sizes to incorporate structured change management methodologies, to help reduce anxiety while increasing the speed in which change not only occurs, but also becomes the new normal.
